EXCLUSIVE: Hugh Jackman’s estranged wife Deborra-Lee Furness visited him on the set of Deadpool in the UK, just WEEKS before they announced their split in unseen photos

Deborra-Lee Furness visited her estranged husband Hugh Jackman on the set of Deadpool in England just weeks before their split, previously unreleased pictures show.

The couple, who have been together for more than 30 years, shocked fans when they announced they were getting a divorce earlier this month.

Hugh and Deborra-Lee, 67, appeared to be on good terms just weeks before the announcement, as they were pictured on set together in mid-July.

The 54-year-old Australian actor wore his yellow superhero suit and covered his face with a large black umbrella while speaking to his wife.

They were joined by the film’s star, Ryan Reynolds, as they took a break between filming.

Deborra-Lee wore a black T-shirt and gym leggings, as well as a bright orange sweater that she tied around her waist.

She protected her eyes from the sun with sunglasses and also wore regular glasses over her blonde hair.

The pictures come just a day after Deborra-Lee spoke out for the first time since her split from Hugh after responding to a cold call from Australian radio hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O Henderson.

The radio duo accidentally called the actress live on air on Tuesday and were shocked when she answered the phone.

“We actually called you by mistake, that’s ridiculous.” “Seriously, it’s not a mix-up,” Kyle said to Deborra-Lee.

“We weren’t going to call you.” But now that you’re here, we won’t dwell on it. We love you, we hope you’re well.’

“Thanks guys, I really appreciate it.” “You’re really sweet,” she replied.

Kyle continued: “I just feel like it’s too soon. “I don’t want to get involved in anything. But we love you and you call us if you want to chat.’

‘Thank you guys. “I really appreciate it,” Deborra-Lee said before hanging up.

Deborra-Lee and Hugh, 54, recently shocked fans when they announced they were divorcing after 27 years of marriage.

“We were fortunate to spend almost three decades together in a wonderful, loving marriage. “Our journey is now changing and we have decided to separate to pursue our individual growth,” the couple said in a statement obtained by PEOPLE earlier this month.

“Our family has always been and continues to be our highest priority.” We approach this next chapter with gratitude, love and kindness. We thank you very much for your understanding in respecting our privacy as our family navigates this transition.”

The former couple signed the statement “Deb and Hugh Jackman” and added: “This is the only statement either of us will make.”

The Australian couple shares two children together; Oscar, 23, and Ava, 18.

The couple celebrated their anniversary last April and Jackman posted a gushing tribute to his wife on Instagram.

“I love you, Deb.” Today is our 27th wedding anniversary. 27 years! “I love you so much,” the actor wrote in his caption.

“Together we have created a beautiful family.” And life. Your laughter, your spirit, your generosity, your humor, your sass, your courage and your loyalty are an incredible gift to me. “I love you with all my heart,” he shared in the heartfelt post.

Although he is undoubtedly better known than his wife, Deborra-Lee had already made 20 films when she and Jackman met in 1995, appearing together as a prison psychologist and a brain-damaged convict in ABC TV’s 10-part series Correlli.

Deborra-Lee most recently played Jill Bailey opposite Eric Bana in Robert Connolly’s sequel Force of Nature: The Dry 2, which was released in Australian and New Zealand cinemas on August 24.

In February, Hugh told Smooth Radio: “I think about honesty and intimacy and taking your time.” [are the secret to a long and happy marriage]. You can’t just assume that everything is going well. “You have to take your time.”
