Jonathan Jacob Meijer is a professional musician. He lives in Kenya. But so is he sperm donor. And when Dutch law dictates that a single donor can only “father” 25 children or donate his semen to a maximum of 12 women, Jonathan Jacob Meijer has far exceeded his quota.

Back in 2017, an association of Dutch gynecologists sounded the alarm after discovering that Jonathan owed 100 children.
Registered on a blacklist in the Netherlands, Jonathan continued his multi-scheme business. First by posing under false identities, then via the internet, by ‘collaborating’ with international sperm banks and even contacting donor-seeking parents directly. Today his offspring would stretch 550 children some of them would even be in there Ukraine…
Incest, consanguinity, mental disorders
The Dutch foundation Donorkind decided to take matters into their own hands and take Jonathan to court for lying about the number of children conceived and prevent him from moving on. The reason is commendable: to minimize the risk of accidental incest, consanguinity, or mental health issues.
One of the mothers with whom he gave birth to a little girl (Eva, born 2018) also decided to take the case to court: “If I had known that he had already fathered more than 100 children, I would have him never elected,” she explained in the columns of the Telegraph. “My stomach hurts when I think about the consequences this could have for my child.”
