Fire in Quebec
Firefighters were alerted at around 4:45 p.m. to a fire in a residential building in a building on Rue Évangéline.
The fire raged in an apartment on the third floor. Firefighters raised two alarms to respond quickly and ensure the building was fully evacuated, which appears to have worked well.
Almost thirty firefighters are on site.
Paramedics were called to the scene, but there did not appear to be any injuries.
