GB expects Russian offensive in Wuhledar

After much criticism from Russian nationalists, the commander of the Russian Forces Group East, Colonel General Rustam Muradov, must be under heavy pressure to succeed in Wuhledar. But British intelligence considers it “unlikely that Muradov has a powerful force capable of making a breakthrough”.

On the anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the UN General Assembly is expected to adopt a resolution calling for peace and the withdrawal of Moscow. Early on, UN chief Antonio Guterres warned against an escalation of war and the use of nuclear weapons.
