The pair smooched twice in front of Callum's ex Molly Smith, 29, during a game of It's Popping Off, where islanders pop balloons using only their bodies and take cheeky dares.
Callum, 27, and Georgia, 25, locked lips after admitting they see each other as relationship material, although Molly looked on awkwardly.
But the All-Star contestant was not short of offers after Toby Aromolaran, 24, snapped her up for a snog after admitting she is the Islander he sees with the perfect body.
The heat in the South African villa continued to rise after Arabella Chi, 32, and Chris Taylor, 33, shared a passionate kiss before the model also smooched her former partner Toby.

But the All-Star contestant wasn't short of offers after Toby Aromolaran grabbed her for a snog after admitting she's the Islander he sees with the perfect body
A TV source told Web: “In tonight's episode of Love Island: All Stars, the Islanders turn up the heat.”
“No one shied away from the opportunity to kiss the person they liked most, and the whole cast had a blast.”
Other dares included bombshell Tyler Cruickshank kissing his ex-girlfriend Kaz Kamwi after being asked to guess which islander was most into him.
And Joshua Ritchie was finally able to express his feelings for Molly, admitting that she is the person in the villa who has the potential to turn him on.
However, lust quickly turned to anger after Toby accused Callum of leaking inaccurate information to Georgia, who he is pursuing romantically.
Toby and Georgia became closer in the first week of the All Stars series, having already struck up a connection on Love Island: The Games.
But Toby ended their relationship and told Georgia that he was interested in dating Molly.
He also said that if they were destined to do so, they would have made greater efforts so far in the real world and outside of the television shows they have filmed together.

Now that Georgia and Callum are getting closer, Toby has accused his co-star of being a “snake”.
On tonight's show Toby said: “I don't understand it… we were talking in the dressing room and you said to Georgia that I could have had her out.”
“I said we could have been a thing on the outside… but we weren't a thing.” So I didn't say I could have had them on the outside and it was up to me. That's completely wrong, brother.'
Callum replied: “You still meant the same thing… that's not entirely wrong. That's how I interpreted it.”
Toby raged: “That's really shit, sharing that with a girl and making her feel just so you can go along with it too.”
Callum split from Molly for six months before the pair found themselves together in the All Stars villa.
They were in a relationship for three and a half years, but their romance ended when Callum wasn't ready to settle down.
