Groom falls at wedding party, ends night in hospital with bride

Finally Adam Quinn and Helen after three postponements due to the Covid19 pandemic managed to get married, on the Sydney coast (Australia). what should be a unforgettable nightof joy and celebration turned out to be truly unforgettable, but for a different reason.

To a song by Australian metalcore band Parkway Drive, at Adam’s request, The groom went to the dance floor with friends, presenting a dance to the guests. Even though the floor was very wet, full of beer and champagne.

“I sang a classic love song, I thought it was very romantic”the shy groom explained on video shortly afterwards. “But then I slipped on a (bottle) of Corona! I think I dislocated my elbow”he added.

The bride did not see the scene. When he returned to the hall, he found his beloved calm palesaid 7News.

And he was right about the “diagnosis”. Adam was taken to the emergency room of a hospital where a doctor found Elbow dislocation on the left. The groom and bride spent the night at the medical center. Adam was most of the time sedated to withstand the intense pain.

The episode took place on March 6th but has only now been released by the Australian press.

“We practically escaped through the back door of reception”‘ Helen said.

Six months later, Adam has made a full recovery.

“It’s very embarrassing and makes me feel a little uncomfortable looking at the pictures and watching the video.”added the Australian.
