Handcuffed woman repeatedly raped and beaten on New York bus

In New York, a man is accused of kidnapping, beating and raping a woman on a bus after handcuffing her wrists and shackles, police said.

Isaac Alexander, 30, is said to have pushed the victim into his RV last Monday and then attacked him. He now faces charges of kidnapping, violent detention, sexual assault, assault and unlawful possession of weapons.

According to court documents obtained by FOX 5 New York, the suspect made sure the victim’s arms and hands were tied and her mouth was covered to prevent her from screaming while she attacked her.

The woman managed to escape after nine hours of ordeal and walked to a police station a few blocks from where the RV was located.

The 30-year-old appeared in court on Wednesday.

New York police also found “suspicious items” in the suspect’s possession, including chemicals and a pipe bomb.

The police are still investigating the matter.
