Domestic violence doesn’t seem to be Brian Hickerson’s only problem.
Hayden Panettiere and her boyfriend were involved in a massive brawl in Los Angeles Thursday night, TMZ reported.
The worried couple’s fisticuffs took place in front of the Sunset Marquis Hotel, where they got drinks.
An eyewitness told the outlet that the melee began in the bar between the “Heroes” alum, Hickerson, and other patrons. One of those involved in the fight was overheard claiming Hickerson spat on him, and the manager eventually threw everyone out.
Photos and video of the brawl show things getting worse outside – Panettiere even got involved himself.
The 32-year-old actress was allegedly overheard yelling “Brian, jail,” apparently to remind Hickerson that he’s on probation after he was arrested multiple times for domestic violence against her.
Eventually, the fighters were separated and the celebrity couple returned to the hotel, where the Remember the Titans star reportedly apologized to staff.
Panettiere’s representative and the hotel did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
The fight reportedly started at the Sunset Marquis’ hotel bar, according toTMZ
Hickerson spent time in prison last year after failing to contest two felonies for injuring a spouse or girlfriend — the “Nashville” star. He was also given four years of probation, had to attend 52 domestic violence classes and paid a $500 fee. He was also given a five-year restraining order to prevent him from going anywhere near Panettiere.
The “Heroes” star reportedly reminded her boyfriend that he could end up in jail again because he’s on parole. TMZ
The couple apparently ignored the restraining order as they were spotted hanging out after he got out from behind bars (and are now back together).
When the couple briefly separated in 2020, Panettiere vowed to protect other women from Hickerson.
