The first baby died on June 8, 2015, the last on June 23, 2016. She was then given administrative duties. Among his victims were several twins and triplets.
The victims were identified with a single letter by court order to protect the families.
-Baby A: was born prematurely on June 7, 2015 and died the next day, 90 minutes after Lucy Letby started duty. She was accused of injecting air into his blood, causing an air embolism.
-Baby C: died prematurely on June 14, 2015, probably after injecting air into the stomach. Lucy Letby was alone with him when his health suddenly took a turn for the worse.
-Baby D: Born prematurely on June 20, 2015, died on June 22. Her mother said Letby “circled” the little girl before she died. She would have died from an air injection into the blood.
-Baby E: a 1.3 kg twin born prematurely in late July 2015 but considered ready to leave the hospital. He was also reportedly injected with air and had medical devices forced down his throat.
His mother testified that around 9 p.m. on August 3, while she was getting his milk, she heard him screaming and discovered him with blood around his mouth, but that Lucy Letby reassured her and asked him to be back upstairs room to go.

The baby died the next day after losing a quarter of his blood.
-Baby I: prematurely transferred to Letby Hospital on August 18, 2015. The nurse allegedly tried to kill her three times before succeeding on the fourth attempt on October 23, 2015. She died from an air injection in the stomach.
-Baby O: triplets, born June 21, 2016, whose health had suddenly deteriorated on June 23, the day the nurse returned from vacation. The autopsy revealed liver damage, “probably the result of an assault”. Air injection was also mentioned.
-Baby P: second triplet who was placed under surveillance after his brother’s death and died probably from gastric air injection on June 24th when he was due to be transferred to another hospital. “He won’t get out of here alive?” Lucy Letby had asked a doctor. She had taken a picture of the dead babies in their cribs.
-Baby B: Baby A’s twin sister, her health suddenly deteriorated the day after her brother’s death on June 8, 2015. She could be revived. An air injection has been further developed.
-Baby F: The day after the death of her twin baby E on August 4, 2015, Letby reportedly added insulin to the fluid he was feeding intravenously.
-Baby G: Born very early in May 2015 at another hospital, transferred to Lucy Letby’s hospital in August. On September 7, the day after his “100 days,” Letby reportedly overdosed on milk and gave him an air injection via nasal catheter. By the time the baby was sent back to the First Hospital, she had recovered, but when she returned to the Countess of Chester Hospital on September 21, Lucy Letby was reported to have overdosed her with milk again and attempted to kill her.
The little girl is severely disabled.
-Baby L: twin born in early April 2016 and apparently poisoned with insulin.
-Baby M: Twin brother of Baby L, whose health suddenly deteriorated at the same time as his brother’s. Lucy Letby allegedly tried to kill him by injecting air into his blood.
– Baby N: Hemophilia but with excellent vital diagnosis. Letby shoved a tube down her throat in June 2016.
