The new lawsuit against Gloria Trevi and Sergio Andrade has revived the allegations that were considered overdue and saved all possible information related to the case. One of the stories that has garnered the most attention has to do with an anecdote told recently by Geraldine Bazán on the reality show Secrets of Villanas.
Bazán, now 39, told her colleagues about a very personal experience she went through as a teenager, in which music producer Sergio Andrade was directly involved. What he related, what he had related on other occasions, is coherent as a version and shows no changes.
According to the protagonist of the soap opera “Dream Costs Nothing”, as a 13-year-old girl she was in a casting organized by Sergio Andrade to become part of the talent group that the man was running.
“Once I was on a show that Gloria Trevi was doing on Televisa many years ago. Then the show ended and suddenly we got a call, I think it was from Mary (Mary Boquitas, María Raquenel Portillo) that Sergio wanted to cast us,” recalled the actress 5 years ago in an interview with ‘Suelta la sopa ‘.
According to Bazán, at a time when she was trying to break into show business, she was called to a private residence in Mexico City to take part in the artistic tests. “And then they called us, the truth is that until then nothing was known about what happened then, and then my mother always went with me,” said Bazán.
“I remember we went into a house and then they put me in a little room, ‘wait here and think about why you’re going to make a scene,’ and then they had another girl in another room,” remembered Geraldine. . . “They did a casting for you singing and now you’re doing a scene asking me for a job but you’re a poor girl who has absolutely nothing and now you’re a girl who has everything , rich, strawberry.” That’s what I wanted to do to push you to the limit,” Geraldine told her fellow programmers.

Bazán, who had been accompanied to the audition by her mother, Rosalba Ortiz, took longer than her mother thought necessary. Geraldine’s mother then decided to come into the room and speed things up. “My mother waited for me in the car for five minutes, after five minutes I heard that he was playing and that he came in and then yes, they did the casting for me, he made me sing,” he said Artist.
“My mom saw things at that moment that were complicated or weird, or that it wasn’t a normal casting, and she just said to me, ‘let’s go’ and we left. And the truth is, after a short time, the bombshell everything that happened was released,” he told Suelta la sopa, which would soon become a major scandal with regional repercussions.
Given that these comments were reserved and linked to the news of the allegations against Trevi and Andrade in the United States, Bazán wanted to clarify a few things.
The ‘Corona de lágrimas’ star has made it clear that she never involved Trevi in what she lived with Andrade as a teenager and has expressed the respect she has for the Mexican singer and her family.
