How to deal with ‘terrible’ turbulence: Australian pilot and Bachelor star Jimmy Nicholson reveals there’s ‘nothing to worry’ in chilling video holding a water bottle
Jimmy Nicholson and Holly Kingston ended their weekend on Sunday with a scare when they were caught in severe turbulence on a flight to Spain.
The bachelorette couple, who tied the knot earlier this month, are embarking on the Barcelona leg of their luxury honeymoon after spending three weeks in Italy.
The duo clung to each other for comfort while pilot Jimmy, 33, documented “the worst turbulence” he’s ever seen on TikTok.
In the chilling footage, the hunky captain showed him and 29-year-old Holly sitting in the back of their plane as it bounced around.
“Some of the worst turbulence I’ve ever experienced.” It’s a short flight. “It’s not comfortable,” he began his video.

Though Holly seemed scared by the severe turmoil, Jimmy managed to stay calm as he shared tips for his followers on how to ease their anxiety.
He told viewers that if they ever find themselves in a difficult flight, they should remember, “this is perfectly normal” and “the plane isn’t going to fall out of the sky.”
Jimmy also advised them to turn on the air conditioning and look out the window to remind themselves they’re safe, before revealing that unless their drinking water was agitated, they didn’t have to worry.

“So we’re at the back of the plane.” So it’s worse here. “It’s not comfortable,” he added as he showed Holly holding his hand tightly.
“Probably the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. It could be widespread storms.” So you just have to choose the path of least resistance and walk it.
“Besides, there’s nothing to worry about.” Airplanes are built to withstand much worse. Obviously not fun, but perfectly fine. Some of the worst turbulence I’ve ever experienced.”

The shocking video ended with the plane calming down as it made its way through the harsh sky, prompting all passengers to applaud the pilot.
The happy couple landed safely and just hours later shared fun photos from their luxury vacation.
Posting a series of pictures to her Instagram, Holly wrote: “Barcelona you are something else!” alongside a picture of the lovebirds snuggling together.
They started their first day in style as they followed their guts through the cosmopolitan capital and Holly tucked her figure into a white couture mini dress.
