“I miss you”: photos with which Ana García remembers Juan Orlando Hernández

In the most recent post on her social media, the former first lady shared photos with Juan Orlando on the beach and wrote that she missed the former Honduran president, who will face trial next September after being accused of drug trafficking in the United States.

Former First Lady of Honduras, Ana García, published a loving message on her social networks, remembering her husband, former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández.

And it is that since his arrest and subsequent extradition, Ana García, the former president’s wife, has been one of the most affected, along with her daughters, by the process that her husband is going through.

It is recalled that on February 15, 2022, the former President was arrested by the Honduran authorities after the US issued an extradition order against him.

The ex-governor is accused of various crimes related to drug trafficking.

Ana García and Juan Orlando Hernández were the presidential couple from 2014 to 2022.

The former first lady keeps sharing photos reminiscent of the former president. In early February this year, he released pictures from his wedding to Hernández.

Hernández was extradited to the United States on April 21, 2022 after spending more than two months in pre-trial detention in Honduras.

Now the former president is in prison in the United States awaiting the start of his drug trafficking trial.

Hernández Alvarado’s trial is scheduled for September 2023.

The former president’s attorneys remain optimistic but have directed several inquiries to Judge Kevin Castel.

One of the demands is that the trial be conducted separately from others such as that of former police chief Juan Carlos “El Tigre” Bonilla and that of Mauricio Hernández.

During the trial against her husband, Ana García and her daughters hope that Hernández will make ends meet and return to Honduras.

In the most recent publication, García Carías shared unpublished photos of her with Juan Orlando on a beach.

“I miss you baby,” the former first lady wrote. “Every day, every moment, every minute, every second. Every time I breathe… I know you’ll be home soon.”

Hernández’s wife accompanied the publication with a passage from the Bible: “In this way those who marry live no longer as two separate persons, but as if they were one. So if God has united a man and a woman, no one should separate them”. Matthew 19.6.
