A young influencer who experienced poverty before making around £10,000 ($16,700) a month thanks to the OnlyFans platform decided to use her newfound wealth to help those most in need.
Amber O’Donnel, a 24-year-old British woman, started studying biomedical sciences in March 2020 while working part-time at a Starbucks. However, the first imprisonment resulted in him losing his job.
Her status, which did not qualify her for unemployment benefits, forced her to live on payments of £500 (US$840) a month.
“Bills burned 95% of our income. We couldn’t afford extras,” she recalls.
Her husband was also working part-time at the time.

“My friends and family supported me in my thinking. My friend told me I could try if it could help us.”
Amber opened her account in July 2020. She started investing a lot of time into it in September 2020.
“In the beginning you have to engage in a self-promotion campaign before you start making any money,” she explained.
In just a few months, she managed to amass 50,000 followers on her Twitter account. TikTok really was the launch pad for his social media career.
“I now have around 250,000 subscribers,” she says.
Today she managed to rent her dream house and bought her favorite car, a pink Nissan Figaro.

The young woman decided to use her first payment from OnlyFans to reach out to people in need.
She then bought groceries and toiletries, which she sent to several poor families.
Amber O’Donnel continues to donate anonymously to organizations in her community.
“People say I’m selfish about my work, but that’s not true. I like helping others, it’s really rewarding,” she says.
