A British photographer has paid tribute to actor Matthew Perry, who tragically lost his life on October 28, by tracing the path taken by the Friends team for the two episodes filmed in England.
Thomas Duke, a photography and cinema enthusiast who has 364,000 followers on his Instagram account, posted a series of photos showing pictures of Matthew Perry and Matt Leblanc during episodes 23 and 24 of the fourth season of Friends.
While he keeps the portraits at a distance, we notice that the backgrounds perfectly complement the landscapes in the original photos from the episodes, released in 1998 when the gang was on British soil for Ross’s wedding.
“I just want to say thank you, Matthew. Thank you for the laughter and joy you have brought to the world,” Duke captioned his post.
After his photos were published, hundreds of comments poured in, all expressing their sadness and dismay at the death of the actor, who died at the age of 54.
