JBS will bring 1,500 Brazilian employees to Australia Canal Rural

JBS currently employs 70 people in Canada, 11 in the US and 6 in Australia as part of the program.

In addition, there are 216 other employees in 22 countries, so the company has a total of 286 employees abroad.

To participate, applicants must have completed elementary school, worked at JBS for at least 12 months, and have at least two years of work experience.

Selected employees receive assistance with business training, language learning, lectures on local culture, assistance with visa applications, and assistance with adjustment to the destination country.

According to Meller, the program attracts talent to the company in Brazil and strengthens the JBS culture worldwide.

Through JBS Sem Fronteiras, employees receive support from the J&F Institute for Business Education to improve their English skills or learn the language from scratch.

In addition, they are prepared for the lifestyle in the target country with lectures on culture, climate, housing and other local aspects. In addition, they receive assistance in applying for a work visa and assistance from arrival to adjustment, Meller said.

The manager highlights “entrepreneurship, determination, simplicity, humility and openness” as characteristics of the JBS culture.
