Jennifer Aniston flaunted her toned form on Tuesday when she shared a behind-the-scenes video of her new fitness partnership with Pvolve.
The 54-year-old actress looked incredible as she worked up a sweat in a black training bra and matching black leggings.
“We’re doing our new @pvolve campaign,” she captioned the clip, adding a bicep emoji and a clapboard emoji.
Aniston was pictured throughout the video with a range of Pvolve equipment including the Precision Mat ($99.99), Slant Board ($94.99), P.ball ($69.99), P.band ($39.99) and Gliders ($29.99).
The Hollywood It-Girl teamed up with Pvolve founder Rachel Katzman in 2021 and began incorporating the gentle movements and resistance-based gear into her routine after injuring her back.

The clip began with Aniston on the incline board before playfully shaking her hips while working out with the P-Band.
The star, who maintained his incredible size 2 form well into his 50s, then used the gliding equipment while training on the precision mat.
Towards the end of the video, after breaking a sweat, the blonde beauty was pictured laying on the mat and relaxing.
Aniston also re-shared a video posted on Pvolve’s Instagram page.

Earlier in the day, her new global ad campaign, “A Strength that Sets You Free,” was unveiled.
It shows how her partnership with Pvolve changed her approach to fitness.
After spending years “destroying her body,” Aniston finally found Pvolve. “You can start gently with this program,” explained the star. “You can restore your body.”
She said it was an innovative method that she “fell in love with immediately.”
The star also shared, “I’m so proud to support our founder and the incredibly talented trainers.” “This is one of my favorite workouts…and I’m so grateful to the team and excited for what’s to come.”

A true fan, she joined Pvolve to help in key areas of the company and to raise awareness of the method that has transformed the way she thinks about fitness, according to the press release.

“If I had known about this 20 years ago when I broke my body, we would have saved me so much pain.”
“I just want more people to know about it because I think it’s so good,” added the actress.
She also shared that she likes the differences in the program. “Our minds used to think we must hurt; No pain no gain. It must be an hour’s training. You need to train three times a day.
“You can start this off softly,” she explained.
