She already has three children with her husband of 10 years, Eric Decker, 36.

She has Vivianne, nine, Eric Jr, seven, and Forrest, five, with the former NFL player.

In late July, the star told UsWeekly that she was open to a fourth child.

“Three is such a good number, but anything is possible.” “Every month I take a deep breath because I have no idea,” she shared.

She also spoke to the outlet about her figure. “I was used to seeing this tiny, slender thing and my body has changed so much,” the beauty shared.

“My boobs were up to my stomach.” I wanted women to know that it was okay. “You just turned a baby, and it’s okay if it doesn’t melt away.”

And she has spoken out about why she revealed her breast augmentation in 2021.

“I wanted to be honest. My breasts didn’t look the way they did before my children were born. It made me feel good, confident and sexy,” she added.

Jessie also places a high value on self-care.

“Go to the gym, go for long walks, and take a bubble bath,” she advised.

“I’ll pour myself a glass of wine and stay by the candlelight for 45 minutes, listening to music and relaxing.” I need this time to relax. Every mom needs that.’

There were haters who said their girls shouldn’t wear bikinis, and other trolls shamed her for breastfeeding while holding a glass of wine.

“There was definitely a time when it bothered me,” Decker said.

And it hurt. “It hurts when people are unkind, but the older I get, the less time I have to focus on negativity,” Decker said.

“I have three children who I love and need to take care of. “We’re all just trying to do our best,” she added.

“We should support each other.”

Still, Jessie is sensitive like everyone else.

“I am a tender-hearted person. I’m human – no matter who you are, it will hurt when others are unkind.

‘But 1692720554, it’s like I don’t have time to think about it. I just don’t care. It takes away the beauty and joie de vivre. I have beautiful babies to take care of and that is where my energy goes.”

She also spoke about her busy household.

‘[Last] Week I booked my music video shoot when the kids were at camp and Vivianne was having a long gymnastics exercise. That way they didn’t have to be away from me for so long. And I have a rule: I don’t work after I pick up the kids from school. It also needs a lot of help.

“My husband retired from football and he helped me achieve my dreams,” she added.

And her mother intervenes too.

“My mom is really helpful and my sister lives up the street.” Sometimes I’m like, “Hey, can you pick up Forrest?” and I do the same for her kids.

“We do talent shows in the basement – every kid sings a song and dances.”

“We sit down to dinner every night because that’s important to me, and we say our prayers.”

And she makes the kids feel important.

“One-to-one meetings are extremely important. It’s over so quickly.

“I feel like I just had Vivianne yesterday!” So you have to have those memories, even if I hide them.

“I go in one at a time, lay in their bed with them for 15 or 20 minutes and just talk to them about their day.” I rub their backs and sing to them. Having this individual time is something special.”

And she takes them into the kitchen.

“Forrest and I love to bake chocolate chip cookies. He knows all the ingredients to get from the pantry. Vivi is my little helper. If I have to run to Target, she’s my right hand man. And I love going to Eric’s games. At [a recent] Basketball game, the kids told me I was too loud!

And she opened up on whether she’ll be doing another reality TV show.

“I do not believe that. I have become more protective of my children. People can keep up with us on my Instagram.

“I’m almost certain that Eric will follow in his father’s sporting footsteps.” And Vivianne, I think the girl is going to the Olympics. Forrest loves performing and singing. I want them to live their dreams, shine and do what makes them happy.”
