Scott won 161 caps for England during her football career, playing for Sunderland, Everton, Manchester City and Aston Villa.

Shortly after winning the EURO, she retired from football and became a pundit, winning the ITV show ‘I’m a Celebrity’.

Jill became the first player ever to captain England’s Soccer Aid last month.

Following England’s Euro 2022 triumph and I’m A Celeb victory, Jill says her “next plan is to get married” and following the couple’s engagement in 2020, it’s about time she “putting some plans into action”.

In her first interview since winning the Jungle title, Jill said: “We got engaged two years ago and Covid hit us so I think we need to plan something.” It’s going to be nice.

“We need to sit down and review the last five weeks and events, but of course the next plan is to get engaged, get married.”

“I’ve always valued our relationship 100 per cent – being able to play football and be away for two weeks a month is so hard on the person you’re with and the sacrifices they have to make and that Knowing I did it.” Shelly’s support has supported us from day one. If I hadn’t done that I wouldn’t have been able to do it, so we’re a good team.

“I’m excited to see what happens in the future, but I don’t think there will be a jungle wedding!”
