JIM WATSON / POOL / AFP Johnny Depp’s band The Hollywood Vampires recently canceled two shows of their European tour due to the actor’s health concerns. According to website The Daily News Hungary, the decision came after the artist was found unconscious in a hotel room in Budapest, Hungary.
According to the vehicle, Depp needed to be examined by a medical team in the city where the group would be performing on July 18. After the performance was cancelled, the next performance in Slovakia was also cancelled.
According to Daily News Hungary, the 60yearold actor was seen hours before the case drinking and clearly unwell. He also missed the group’s sound check for the Budapest gig.
On the official website, the band states that the shows were canceled because the location was unsafe for the group and the public. He also stated that there were no “unforeseen events” that made the presentation impossible, adding that the suspension of the presentations in Hungary and Slovakia was unrelated. In addition to Depp, the group consists of Alice Cooper, Joe Perry and Tommy Henriksen.
