Before Agatha (Eliane Giardini) is found dead in Terra e Paixão, Jurecê (Daniel Munduruku) will have a dark vision of her. The public will see the shaman leave his hut and a storm begins. A special effect shows shadows surrounding and taking over the former prisoner. “Just as everything has a beginning, so everything has an end,” the healer will say out loud.
The sequence will precede the death of the vixen, a big moment in episode (7) of Globo’s nine o’clock soap opera this Thursday. At the same time, Marino (Leandro Lima) will inform Caio (Cauã Reymond) that he has obtained a search and seizure warrant to confiscate the herbs with which Agatha is poisoning Antônio (Tony Ramos).
The shaman will stand still and watch the winds, an exciting sound that will give you goosebumps too. The police cars will race towards the La Selva family farm while Caio will also drive at high speed.
Angelina (Inez Viana) lies tensely on her bed. She will hear the sound of three gunshots and run out of the room. Antônio, also in his rooms, will wake up to the sound of gunfire echoing through the house.
Marino, accompanied by two police officers, and Caio with Aline (Barbara Reis) will get out of their vehicles at the door of Antônio’s house. They will call and no one will show up. Everyone enters the room and finds Agatha shot and lying on the edge of the stairs, her blood still dripping. Angelina will be by her side, crying hard.
“Mother,” Caio will call. “She’s dead,” Marino will say. The scene is intended to end the chapter and freeze the characters’ astonished expressions.
Terra e Paixão was written by Walcyr Carrasco and Thelma Guedes. The story takes place in the fictional town of Nova Primavera in Mato Grosso do Sul. The story will remain on air until January 19 next year and will be replaced by the remake of Renascer (1993).
