The former Home and Away actress, 44, looked dapper in a black and white striped blazer and matching trousers.
Kate completed her stylish look with a pair of black strappy heels and was holding a Chanel handbag as she arrived at the Alexandria grounds.
She tied her locks in a high bun and wore a full makeup of blush and eyeliner.
Kate was forced to rush into the venue to hide under an umbrella as wind and rain battered the town.

The sighting comes after Kate started her new on-air job on Nova FM’s Fitzy and Wippa radio show.
Nova confirmed in a statement that Ritchie would be joining Fitzgerald and Wipfli on their breakfast show in Sydney starting March 13.
“I’m so excited to compete in the very competitive breakfast spot with Fitzy and Wippa,” Ritchie said.
“I’m a huge fan of the show and have been great buddies with the boys for years. The last eight years on the road have been an important part of my life, but I am very excited to take on this new challenge by returning to my hometown breakfast radio.

After the program posted a photo of Ritchie with co-hosts Fitzy and Wippa on Facebook, listeners flocked to the comments section to express their dissatisfaction with the new cast.
One fan said the trio sounded “awkward” and described the former home and away star as “no match for Sarah”.
One listener said they just didn’t care that the new team heard Ritchie’s work on the Nova Drive program.
