Keke Palmer is seeking a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson, who she says was physically and emotionally abusive to her.
The 30-year-old Nickelodeon alum is also asking for full custody of their eight-month-old son Leodis, but wants to allow Jackson visitation, according to The Blast.
The filing noted that the relationship, which began in 2021, “finally ended for good” early last month, “primarily due to the physical and emotional abuse inflicted on her.”
In legal documents obtained by Us Weekly, Palmer accused Jackson of abusing her as recently as Nov. 5 and said she had security footage that backed up claims that he “invaded my home without my knowledge or consent.” and “threatened” her before he “stormed.” for my neck, hit me, threw me over the couch and stole my phone.’

Keke and Darius’ relationship hit a rocky patch when he went viral for voicing his disapproval on Twitter of a tight, sheer thong body dress she wore to Usher’s Las Vegas residency in July.
At the time, he wrote online: “It’s the outfit, even though… you’re a mother.”
As fans defended Palmer, Jackson doubled down and fired off a second tweet defending himself.
“We live in a generation where a man in the family doesn’t want the wife and mother of his children to show their butts to please others and is told how much of a hater he is,” he said.

Meanwhile, the Nope actress didn’t specifically address the situation, but did appear on Instagram to share outtakes from the evening and tell fans that she wished she had taken more photos.

After the incident, the two unfollowed each other on Instagram, but later celebrated Palmer’s birthday together in August.

In the clip, released a week after the couple made headlines, Palmer asked Jackson how he felt when they decided to go public with their romance.
