The dress showed off her amazing curves and gave off an old Hollywood glamor vibe.
The bodice of the dress perfectly accentuated her bust line and featured sheer panels.
The 42-year-old “Say My Name” singer looked like the sleeveless, floor-length dress was made for her.
Kelly – who attended her friend Beyoncé’s Houston show – wore her long, raven hair down and wavy and her makeup complemented her warm skin tone.

The skirt of the dress was ruffled and draped elegantly over her 5-foot-7 frame.
Kelly accessorized with a matching necklace and bracelet set, as well as sparkling earrings.
The Survivor hitmaker debuted the glamorous look on the second day of Paris Fashion Week.
Earlier this month, the former Destiny’s Child member received the Fashion Icon of the Year award at the 16th Annual Harlem’s Fashion Row Show and Style Awards in New York City.
The 2023 awards ceremony also commemorated hip-hop’s monumental 50th anniversary, according to the organization’s official website.
The Dilemma singer’s husband, Tim Witherspoon, 49, paid tribute to his wife at the event.
“I couldn’t miss this moment to tell you in front of the world that you have always been my icon, not just in fashion but in everything you do,” Witherspoon said.
He gushed that she is “raising the bar for herself and others to navigate this ever-changing industry and refusing to appear in front of our sons as anything other than a fly model.”
Witherspoon told a story about a time when an intern complimented Kelly on her shoes and she took them off and gave them the shoes.
“You would give anyone the shirt off your back — and of course the shoes off your feet,” he said.

Accepting the award, Kelly said, “My history with fashion actually began, as many of you probably know, with Destiny’s Child.”
She added that designers were “very reluctant to dress us,” so Beyoncé’s mother Tina Knowles “took matters into her own hands and dressed us, and that’s where I learned what it was like to start a trend.”
“I remember what that felt like, how proud I was of it,” she added.
