L'Appel Montreal: Half Moon Run is launching a new festival this spring

Still proudly associated with Montreal, the group Half Moon Run has just announced the presentation of a brand new festival. The one-day event, called L'Appel Montréal, will take place in the Olympic Park in the spring.

Devon Portielje, Conner Molander and Dylan Phillips become festival organizers. The Montreal Call takes place on May 30 and features headliners Half Moon Run and the pride of Quebec, Men I Trust. Additional artists will be announced soon.

“After 14 years together, the band members are excited to venture into the field of event programming, in this case for their valued local fans,” reads a press release. Every element of the festival is carefully crafted by the band and their team to provide a unique and exciting experience for everyone.”

To support the organization of this festival, Half Moon Run, which will act as the idea and designer of the event, has commissioned the organizer Evenko.

“As we have had the privilege of visiting and participating in many great music festivals around the world over the years, we will have the pleasure of incorporating what we have experienced into our own festival. “The Montreal Call is a way to express our gratitude to our family of Montreal fans, without whom our career would not be possible,” the group's members said in the press release.

Half Moon Run will perform at MTelus in Montreal this week. The two concerts on Wednesday and Thursday are sold out. The group will also play a sold-out show at the Grand Théâtre de Québec on December 18th.
