The LGBTQIA+ Association filed a complaint with the public ministry from São Paulo against country singer Bruno Félix, from the duo with Marrone, because of transphobia. The group LGBT calls for the arrest or obstruction of the Sertanejo’s shows. Quem magazine published the information on Tuesday, April 30.
Bruno is accused of transphobia for asking the reporter a question trans by TV Fama, Lisa Gomes, at an event on May 12. “Have you got a tail?” asked Bruno. “What do you mean?” replied the “trans woman”. The sertanejo repeated the question: “P**oca”.

“I’m here to apologize to Lisa Gomes for what I asked her to do,” Bruno portrayed on social media. “I was completely childish, completely inconsiderate. I don’t think there is a way to turn back time and I want to apologize to her. I’m sorry Lisa Gomes.”

On Monday 29th, LGBTQIA+ association lawyer Ângelo Carbone appealed to the task force to combat racial crimes and filed a request for an urgent appeal to suspend Bruno’s activities for 90 days. The group calls for the precautionary arrest of the sertanejo, who would have to wear an electronic ankle chain.
Attorney rejects Bruno
Carbone called Bruno a criminal. “We urgently demand protection for this criminal so that his musical activities are stopped,” the lawyer told Quem magazine. He also said that Bruno was no longer there defendant primary. “He is a repeat offender for a similar crime and compensated the victim for R$10,000.”
The lawyer believes that the consequence of not being punished is the murder of LGBT people. “He has already committed a similar crime and given nothing,” he recalled. “He paid R$10,000 and nothing happened. Now you’ve done it again and nothing will come of it? A table where you can watch your show costs R$ 100,000. What is R$ 10,000 for him?
