A young Cuban from Miami who asked for help on social media find your dog named Dante, lost in Coral Gables, announced that his pet has already turned up.
“I just got the message that Dante has appeared. Thank you for so much support and so much love. Dante returns to his house. Thank you to everyone who took the time to spread the word about our search. I don’t have enough words to say thank you,” Erik López said on his social networks this Saturday.
However, the post did not reveal where and under what circumstances the dog was found.
The owner’s joyful words led to dozens of congratulations and suggestions to attach a tracking device to the pet’s collar in case it was lost again.
“Everyone here is happy for Dante, it’s good that he’s already with you. Now order him to make a necklace with his name and always put his chip on him so that this doesn’t happen to you again,” suggested one Internet users before.
The young stylist had published touching messages in which he explained that Dante was not a domestic animal more, but a creature he loves as part of his family.
For almost a week, the search for the pet, a gray Miniature Schnauzer breed, remained visible.
In tears, he commented in a video that he didn’t want to follow on social media or go viral just to find a way to reconnect with his dog lovely part of his life.
López and his family had left their phone number and a proposed $2,500 reward for whoever managed to locate Dante’s whereabouts.
