Love Island All Stars viewers were shocked by Hannah Elizabeth's unrecognizable appearance as she made her epic return to the ITV series on Sunday.
The 33-year-old, who won the first series in 2015, was one of the first to enter the villa as she showed off the results of her “Bratz doll” facial surgery – after traveling to Turkey for the procedure in November 2022.
The stunning beauty entered the villa in a skimpy green bikini, showing off her incredibly smoochy face and her surgically enhanced assets.
On X, formerly known as Twitter, one viewer wrote: “Hannah is too magnified. I’m sorry, but she looked ten times better before the surgery.”
While a second commented: “Hannah looks soooo different.”

For the first time, singles from previous seasons return to the villa as they continue to search for their dream partner.
Host Maya Jama returns to present the show in South Africa as the social media ban is also lifted.
Last year ITV bosses banned stars' relatives from managing their accounts to “protect them from the negative impact of social media”.
However, Maya revealed on This Morning earlier this month that the rule has changed this season, meaning contestants' friends and family can post on their behalf.
Another change this winter is that there will be no Aftersun spin-off show, but instead a new interview segment.
Maya will now speak to the contestants immediately after they are placed in a brand new set next to the villa to capture their “raw emotions” in the moment.

Talking about the change, Maya said, “With this new exit interview format, I feel like you will feel the pure emotion.” I'm really very excited about this.
“I’ll be there as soon as they come out. You won't have time to think about it anymore. We just go straight to the questions.” I’m not a tough moderator. But I'm going to ask the questions people want to know.'
To make the show even more exciting and unique, the producers have announced even more twists and shocking moments.
The biggest surprise is that Casa Amor has closed for the first time in seven years.
The second villa was a highlight of the show's recent series, with the boys and girls split into two villas and kept apart with a new group of bombshells.

The duration of the “All Stars” series has been shortened to five weeks instead of the usual eight, meaning that the “Casa Amor” variant has been canceled because there is not enough time.
Executive producer Mike Spencer told The Mirror: “Casa Amor as we know and love it doesn't really work for a five week period because you need time to get to sleep, get to know each other and see if they're something for you one.” if you want to change it.
“I don’t think you need the element of bringing in a massive influx of new islanders. That's good for an eight-week run, but you don't need it for that.” “It will be more intense and people will fall in love with each other quicker.”

Over the summer you were given the name “Messy Mitch” and a name that you made your own. Can we expect more of this in the series? To be honest, I don't really plan on being Messy Mitch. It just depends on what day of the week it is. I wear my feelings on my sleeve and what you see is what you get. I'm very honest and very opinionated and I think people like me for that.
