She became a household name across the UK after winning season eight of Love Island, but Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu is hoping to win a new legion of fans after signing up for a popular US reality show.

The TV personality has joined a star-studded cast for the second season of The Traitors US and has already started filming.

Other participants include Real Housewives Of Miami star Larsa Pippin, former heavyweight boxer Deontay Wilder, Bling Empire’s Kevin Kreider, Dancing With The Stars pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Real Housewives Of Orange County regular Tamra Judge.

In a bizarre twist, former House of Commons Speaker John Bercow also makes an unexpected appearance on the widely watched show.

The upcoming series will be hosted by actor Alan Cumming and will be filmed at Ardross Castle in the Scottish Highlands – a far cry from the Spanish Love Island villa.

Similar to the British version of the steamy show, contestants must lie to win a possible cash prize. Survivor star Cirie Fields walked away with a whopping $250,000 after winning his first series.

Following on from the British version of the show – a huge success when it aired in 2022 – the celebrities will be split into two groups: Traitors and Faithful’s.

Larsa Pippen and partner Marcus Jordan’s participation in the show was confirmed by People on Thursday.

The high-profile couple documented their travels on Instagram Stories as they arrived in Scotland on Wednesday, where production on the series has begun.

The reality show pits competitors against each other in daunting tasks, with some secretly trying to sabotage the others.

The concept originated in the Dutch show De Verraders; It was also adapted for Australia and the United Kingdom, with both versions airing on Peacock.

The first US season, which received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Casting for a Reality Program, featured ten reality stars and ten regulars in the cast.

According to the broadcaster, the second part of the series will only feature well-known reality stars in the cast, as filming will continue for a few more weeks.

Ekin-Su’s participation came after she refused to confirm claims of a romantic reconciliation with her former boyfriend Davide Sanclimenti.

She told The Sun: “Leave it to your imagination.” “You can label it whatever you want to call it but we enjoy each other’s company and are very happy.”

Davide added: “We just enjoy each other’s company.”
