Madame Lariski continues its development with the launch of 12 new products

Madame Lariski is waging a relentless battle against refined sugar, this time launching twelve new date products, including BBQ sauces, with fiber as a bonus.

Mériane Labrie, founding president of Madame Lariski, who introduced us to date puree a few years ago, has continued to innovate since the publication of her bestseller These pancakes that everyone is talking about and still talking about.

The company she leads has experienced strong diversification over the years, which has increased even more significantly in recent months. Several new products have been added since the end of September: date powder, date syrup, dry mixes in four varieties and barbecue sauces have appeared on IGA shelves, to name a few.

“We are now launching a dozen new products without refined sugar and rich in fiber, soon we will have about thirty on the shelves,” said Mériane Labrie.

Salad dressings, condiments like ketchup, palm oil-free spreads and sauces like General Tao are expected soon.

“We come with a healthier alternative, but we don’t see any difference in taste,” claims Ms. Labrie, who is committed to a mission.

“I hear from people who say their health has completely changed because they stopped eating refined sugar. “That’s common,” she says.

Two new books were published

In addition to these twelve new products, Ms. Labrie is having a busy fall as she has released two new books, including one for children.

“It is realistic to expect around fifty products in the grocery store within two years, as there is sugar everywhere and in almost everything. This represents a great opportunity for food innovation as well as great expansion potential for the Madame Lariski brand,” she added.

The market for hotels, restaurants and institutions is also part of the development plan.
