Middle East war, rockets from Lebanon towards northern Israel. Hezbollah leader killed. LIVE

“I felt with my heart your unjustified suffering, but also your heroism and your determination to conquer the future you so long for.” This was stated today in Kiev by Bulgarian Prime Minister Nikolai Denkov, who arrived in Ukraine on a visit, at which he addressed the country's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in a joint press conference. Denkov pointed out that Bulgaria is “a participant in the nightmare of devastation, suffering and loss” in Ukraine. “It is now clear that Putin's goals go beyond the Ukrainian state, but Russia cannot win this war and one day there will be justice for all war crimes against the Ukrainian people,” the Bulgarian Prime Minister said with conviction. “Our government and the parliamentary majority are committed to ensuring Ukraine maximum political, military, humanitarian and material support,” Denkov emphasized. According to him, “Russia’s aggressive ambitions also pose a direct threat to Bulgaria’s national security.” For his part, Zelensky thanked Sofia for her support. “We really appreciate that Bulgaria is by our side. We discussed cooperation between our two countries in the field of energy and defense,” the Ukrainian president said.
