The influencer son of footy legend Mark Orval breaks down in tears about his ‘dark’ times in 2022 in disturbing Instagram videos
Mitchell Oval broke down in tears Friday in several videos he shared from his “dark” year.
The 26-year-old Gold Coast influencer shared three videos from his worst days of 2022 to Instagram to show that “life isn’t just a bunch of highs”.
In the first two shots, footy legend Mark Orval’s son held the camera up to his face as he sobbed, tears streaming down his cheeks.

The last bit of footage showed Orval sitting in his car with a faint smile as he showed his bloodshot eyes after a fit of crying.
“My recap of 2022 this year is to remind you that life isn’t just a bunch of highlights! It doesn’t matter who you are, it gets dark and it gets tough, but that only makes the good times more magical!’ he wrote in his caption.
“So before you compare your highs to someone else’s, remember that you rarely see the lows! God bless and bring 2023 forward.’
The Gold Coast influencer shared three videos on Instagram from his worst days of 2022 to show that life isn’t just a bunch of highlights.
His friend, Australian singer Joel Adams appreciated Orval’s honesty, writing in the comments: “Love how real this is bro lots of love man”.
It comes just weeks after Orval hinted his partner Chloe Szepanowski could be pregnant with their third child.
In a series of Instagram Stories, the father-of-two shared a shopping list that included a “pregnancy test.”

Orval then joked that he can’t even take “ap**s” around Szepanowski without her potentially getting pregnant.
“I was hungry until the last course… Arti tried us once. Sunny was the day we agreed to wait for more kids and now… When I’m 1/1 again,” he wrote.
He finished, “I’m the Kobe of having kids.”

In pictures shared on Instagram, Szepanowski smiled and rocked the newborn while Orval snuggled into the hospital bed for a cuddle.
“Our little boy is here. We are so in love,” she captioned the photo.
