The couple denied rumors of any problems between them as they walked hand in hand through a car park before making their way to a garden center in Cheshire.
It was noticeable that the influencer was no longer wearing her £600,000 engagement ring when she left the store with a shopping bag.
She has caused a lot of speculation among fans in recent weeks after she was spotted without a ring several times following the relationship drama.

When she returned to YouTube last week, she was again seen without a ring after her disappearance from her channel sparked concern.
In the closing moments of the video, the former ITV2 star became emotional and admitted she was not “mentally or emotionally” capable of filming.
She explained: “Guys, I don't really know what to tell you right now. “I know how bad I look. Believe me, no matter how bad I look, I feel 20 times worse.
“I went through it in more ways than one.
“I'm hoping that in a week or so I'll be at a point mentally and physically where I can start filming real content for you guys and be back on my channel.”
