Montreal: A man is subjected to an attempted kidnapping –

A teenager who wanted to burn the business of a powerful mob in Montreal was the victim of an attempted kidnapping by his henchmen on Saturday night before he was rescued by authorities.

According to our information, a neighbor of the Mafia-affiliated Marco Pizzi used car shop called authorities around 2am on Sunday after seeing a person walking around the yard with a can of petrol.

However, two of Pizzi’s employees were already on site and, as we learned, had also seen the 16-year-old.

They would have stowed it in the trunk of their car before parking it in the Gestion automobile plus underground car park in the Rivières-des-Prairies-Pointe-aux-Trembles district.

That’s when the Montreal Police Department (SPVM) arrived on the scene. Police entered the garage and located the victim, who suffered no injuries.

The SPVM arrested the two occupants of the vehicle, the victim and two others who were in a nearby vehicle. All are currently being questioned by investigators.

Aimed many times

The company Gestion automobile plus, which is linked to Pizzi, although its name is not listed in the commercial register, has been the victim of arson several times in recent years.

On May 30, two vehicles were set on fire at the business premises where the kidnapping attempt took place.

In addition, the company burned down twice within a few weeks, between late 2016 and early 2017.

Also, the private vehicle of Marco Pizzi, suspected by police to import cocaine on behalf of the Italian mafia, was set on fire at least once in the parking lot of his home in the Rivière-des-Prairies district.
