Bye bye, a traditional year-end television event, reached 4.5 million viewers for the fourth year in a row. According to final data from Radio-Canada, the 2023 edition was watched by an average of 4,569,000 people, slightly fewer than last year when the broadcast attracted 4,706,000 fans.
Infoman's year-end special, in turn, surpassed its previous year's result with 3,505,000 viewers, compared to 3,236,000 in 2022. This is the second best overall result, surpassed only by the 2021 edition, which attracted 3,629,000 people during the lockdown period .
Live from New Year's Day also achieved the second-best viewership ever with 2,383,000 people, a record set last year with 2,493,000 people.
Next year, 1,806,000 people watched the show, compared to 1,988,000 in 2022, while “Behind the Scenes of Bye Bye” attracted 1,976,000 viewers, compared to 2,079,000 last year.
Ultimately, 969,000 people watched the first edition of Behind the Scenes Live on New Year's Day.
