Mark Harmon can play NCIS again if he wants
In May 2022, CBS Entertainment President Kelly Kahl spoke to TVLine and said: “Everyone knows that the door is open if they want to appear in one or more episodes.” But at the moment, that’s not news… However, Mark Harmon really enjoyed playing the character of Gibbs. “What always attracted me here was the character I was playing and keeping it fresh and challenging. As far as plot goes, this character took the path that he did. I thought it was honest and that was right,” he revealed. Mark Harmon has not appeared on any other television series since leaving NCIS. He devoted himself exclusively to his work as a producer.
