NeNe casually and humorously rejected the allegations.

“No one wants to steal someone else’s problems, honey,” she said, laughing.

NeNe has been sued by Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh, who in a new lawsuit alleges NeNe started her relationship with boyfriend Nyonisela Sioh while he was still married.

In legal documents, Malomine claims NeNe and Nyonisela’s relationship has caused her to suffer from emotional distress, mental anguish and a loss of affection, TMZ reported.

According to the criminal code of North Carolina, where the lawsuit was filed, adultery is a misdemeanor defined as when a man and woman, who are not married to each other, “common lewdly and lasciviously, go to bed, and live together.”

Alienation of affection rights is based on 18th-century English common law, in which a husband could sue another man for his wife’s loss of affection.

Women could not sue then as they were considered their husbands property, but now both sexes can sue under the law.

In April, the RHOA graduate filed her own lawsuit against the companies that produce the Real Housewives shows, claiming they created a racist work environment.

“NBC, Bravo and True promote a corporate and workplace culture in which racially insensitive and inappropriate behavior is tolerated — if not encouraged,” the lawsuit reads.

NeNe claims she endured racist remarks from actor Kim Zolciak for years and that her complaints to producers were ignored.
