(LaPresse) Moments of fear in New York when a 35-year-old smashed a window on the 72nd floor of a Manhattan building and threatened to jump into space. The man did it to escape FBI agents who showed up with a search warrant for wire fraud at an apartment on West 56th Street. Hostage operators and the NYPD Emergency Service Unit were immediately called in. Eventually, some agents lowered themselves from the building’s facade and managed to push the man into the skyscraper and proceed with the arrest. In fact, the Big Apple police have announced that the 35-year-old is now in handcuffs. (lapress)
