Noel Gallagher is reportedly alluding to his split from ex-wife Sara MacDonald in emotional lyrics to his new single.
The Oasis star, 55, and music publicist Sara, 51, split in January after 12 years of marriage.
And in his new single Dead To The World, Noel writes about “letting go” and loving “not being enough.”
According to The Sun, Noel sings on the single: “It’s time to let go, I’m bent over, I’m so tired.
“Let these be my last words: if love is not enough to make it right, leave me dead to the world.”

The separation of Noel and Sara was announced in mid-January.
Noel is said to have moved out of their £8million mansion on South Downs in Hampshire – and now fans are wondering if the Oasis brothers will heal their feud and reform after Liam previously claimed Sara was who she was would have prevented them from reuniting.
Noel and Sara are parents to two sons, Donovan, 15, and Sonny, 12. The rocker is also father to his eldest daughter Anais, 22, from his previous relationship with ex-wife Meg.
A spokesperson for Noel and Sara confirmed the split to Web at the time in a joint statement, saying: “Noel Gallagher and Sara Macdonald have confirmed the couple is divorcing.
“Noel and Sara will continue to care for their children together, who remain their priority. Noel and Sara are asking the media to respect their privacy and that of our family at this time.’

While a source told The Sun: “It’s a big shame but they’re trying to keep it civilised.”
“Noel has moved out, but over time Sara might want to move back to London. They are constantly working to keep the disruption to a minimum.”
Noel met Sara at a club called Space in Ibiza in 2000 – a year before his divorce from his first wife Meg.
The rocker was married to Meg for four years.
The former couple were notorious for their party-hard lifestyles, as they lived it up on rowdy nights with Kate and Sadie Frost.
But following their split, it was reported that the rocker had an affair with Sara during his relationship with Meg.
But Noel and Sara have strongly denied that claim, with the star releasing a statement in 2001 saying he didn’t cheat and “left Meg because I could no longer tolerate her behavior.”
Noel and Sara tied the knot in 2011.
They were married at the Lime Wood Hotel in the New Forest in a £60,000 ceremony attended by guests including Russell Brand – but Liam said he wasn’t invited.
“He goes on to say that he wasn’t invited to my wedding. Nobody was at my wedding except Nics [wife Nicole Appleton] mom and my mom. Get over it, buddy. I wasn’t invited to his wedding,” Liam told the Chicago Sun Times.
Liam is known to not get along with Sara and has had a number of public arguments with the PR executive in the past.
He even implied that she was the reason an Oasis meeting wouldn’t happen as Noel was angry at Liam’s berating of Sara.

In 2020, a fan tweeted him and asked: “Hi Liam do you know why Noel hates the oasis reunion so much??????”
While responding and suggesting it was her fault, he wrote, “I told you before he went for it but you know who won’t let him since she doesn’t like oasis music.” [sic].
The brothers themselves have had little contact over the last decade after Noel publicly left the band in 2009.
But fans are now wondering if there could be any hope of the band getting back together in the future.
