The German influencer, whom his 8.5 million followers consider some kind of fitness guru, suffered an aneurysm. Just three days before her death, Joesthetics had complained of unusual neck pain. Intensive training 5 times a week
His popularity grew hand-in-hand with the muscle mass he built through intense training (five times a week) and a special diet.
In the most classic “before and after” photos, he shared the striking difference between the physique he gained from ordinary exercises at the gym and the personal treatment he chose to transform into a bundle of sculpted muscles.
