‘SON ??? These are green babes, “one man wrote, and another added,” There’s not a hint of blue in this shirt, darling. “

“The shirts are so green it hurts,” another agreed.

There were only a few TikTok users who admitted to seeing hints of blue, but that didn’t stop Aspyn from doubling its original color claim.

“No, it’s definitely blue,” she said in a follow-up video that led more people to say it was green.

The mother of two even went so far as to search Google for a “green shirt” in another attempt to prove her point, leading some to accuse her of being colorblind.

‘SHOW US WHAT I WRITE COLORS ONLINE WHEN YOU BUY IT?’ one man asked and the social media star pledged.

In one of his latest videos on the subject, Aspin closed his mouth with a shocked hand as he pulled out the description of the shirt, which was navy green.

In the case of the dress, which was blue and black, it was an optical illusion.

Objects reflect light at certain wavelengths or colors, and the human brain determines the color of an object by accepting the light it reflects.

But this perception can be offset by the balance of color of nearby objects, which may also explain why Aspin is so sure that the shirts are blue rather than green.

Aspyn first became famous as a vlogger for fashion and beauty on YouTube. It has more than 3.36 million subscribers to its eponymous channel, as well as 2.2 million followers on Instagram.

The influencer and her husband Parker welcomed their second daughter, Lola, in September.

Earlier this month, Mayor Eric Adams outlined plans for changes to bail laws that allow suspects to roam the streets often within hours of arrest.

“Let’s abolish the bail system, because you don’t have to be able to get out of jail just because you can pay bail. Let’s get rid of that. The judges must look at the case before them and say, “This man has two arrests for weapons and keeps telling the people in town that I don’t care about your safety.” This judge should have the right to judge that person simply to be detained. ”

Many of New York’s most violent crimes have been committed by repeat offenders, and after Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, 48, reduced the number of crimes to crimes.

Ted Cruz calls Jen Psaki “Mint Party”, says Nancy Pelosi rides a broom during a CPAC speech

Republican Sen. Ted Cruz called the White House spokesman Jen Psaki “Mint Patty,” said the Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi rides a broom and makes the Conservative political action crowd boo the Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau and chant, “Let’s go, Brandon.”

The Texas Republican deployed a number of zealous people when he “philosophized” at the conference, telling those present at the annual affair that the nation’s current battle is between “strength and freedom.”

“The two are in a major conflict. We see it every day: mandates for vaccines against doctors and nurses, mandates for masks against children at school, Spotify against Joe Rogan“GoFundMe against Canadian truck drivers,” he said.

“Justin Trudeau,” he said as the crowd intervened with loud booing. “Let’s stop for a second and see that for the first time in recorded history, a Canadian has banned so much of the response from any crowd on planet earth,” said Cruz, who was born in Canada to an American mother.

Psaki gave his press briefing on Thursday during Cruz’s speech and answered a question from DailyMail.com in real time about a comparison of Peanuts characters.

“Don’t tell him I like Peppermint Patty – so I won’t take it too insultingly. Sen. Cruz, I like mint Patty. I’m a little tougher than that, so here she is, she said.

Cruz, a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, did not address Russia’s deadly attack on Ukraine.

Instead, he was amazed to see the crowd.

“Thousands of patriots and not a single damn mask can be seen,” Cruz said.

And he jumped into a speech warning of the dangers of the “big government.”

“In the end, the big government sucks. Business is nasty. “Big Hollywood, big universities – any accumulation of power that is centralized is fundamentally dangerous for personal freedom,” Cruz said.

He said freedom had been attacked because these entities “work together hand in hand.”

“Look what happened to Joe Rogan – Joe Rogan, Jen Psaki,” he said.

He waited for the crowd to answer.

“Oh, come on, Jen Psaki isn’t getting Justin Trudeau’s treatment?” He asked – and got those booes. “Mint Patty Deserves a Little Love!”

Psaki applauded Spotify, a music streaming and podcast service, for slapping slaps on Rogan’s show after the host said he was unvaccinated and pointed to unproven COVID-19 drugs such as ivermectin.

Cruz said the answer was, “Break it down – break big technology into a million small pieces.”

Before completing his 18-minute notes, he turned to the 2022 Interim Races.

A number of Republican candidates spoke at the CPAC, which began on Thursday and will continue over the weekend, with former President Donald Trump speaking in prime time on Saturday.

“Let me say one last thing – in January 2023, I look forward to walking down the corridor of the Capitol of the United States. And bumping into a little man dressed in overalls. He carries a screwdriver and comes to change the sign on Nancy Pelosi’s door, “Cruz said.

And Nancy will get on her broom – well, no, no, that’s not fair, that’s not fair – she’ll get on her personal plane, call USS Broom and fly back to California, and we “We’ll send Chuck Schumer back to New York,” the Texas senator continued.

“And we’re going to tell Joe Biden it’s 2025 and he’s just going back to Delaware,” he added.

Cruz predicts that “change is coming.”

“It’s powerful. Want to know how powerful? Find me a man on planet Earth who doesn’t know what “Let’s go Brandon,” he said.

Cruz then chanted, “Let’s go, Brandon.”

SEC “investigates the trade of Elon and his brother Kimball Musk after Tesla’s CEO promised to sell on Twitter

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is investigating whether the latest sales of shares from Tesla Manager Elon Musk and his brother Kimball Musk “violated insider trading rules.” Wall Street Journal announced on Thursday, quoting acquaintances.

The investigation began last year after Kimbal, a member of Tesla’s board, sold $ 108 million worth of shares to the electric car maker.

That happened the day before Musk voted Twitter consumers are asking if they need to unload 10% of their stake in Tesla.

Tesla’s share price plummeted after Elon Musk posted a poll on Twitter asking if he should sell 10% of his stake in the company

Kimball Musk did not know about the Twitter poll before it, Elon Musk told Financial Times in an email, adding that his lawyers were “familiar” with the survey.

Tesla shares fell sharply after Musk’s Twitter poll.

An earlier agreement with the SEC required its public statements on the company’s finances and other topics to be reviewed by the federal financial regulator’s legal council.

The SEC issued a summons on November 16, ten days after the Musk poll, seeking information related to some financial data.

The investigation is investigating whether Elon Musk told his brother that he would post the tweet and whether Kimbal Musk then traded, the Journal writes.

The records say Kimball donated 25,000 shares to charity in addition to selling 88,500 shares. After the sale, he still owned 511,240 shares.

Employees and managers of a listed company usually do not have to buy or sell securities when they are aware of information that has not yet been made public.

The potential investigation will escalate Musk’s battle with regulators as they scrutinize his social media posts and Tesla’s treatment of workers, including allegations of discrimination.

The world’s richest man is already in open conflict with the SEC over a 2018 tweet in which he said he had the appropriate funding to pull Tesla off the stock market without providing evidence.

His Twitter presence often makes the CEO joke, supplemented by subtle references to marijuana.

One of his most memorable tweets came in August 2018, when he said he was “considering taking Tesla privately for $ 420. Funding provided. ”

This led to criticism for his impulsive use of Twitter, and he was accused of fraud by the SEC to mislead investors. Musk and Tesla were fined $ 20 million each.

The number 420 is a cannabis culture slang for marijuana use.

Musk and Tesla agreed to pay $ 20 million each as part of an agreement that also imposed strict rules on its use on social media, requiring prior approval from Tesla’s adviser for statements with key financial information.

A Tesla lawyer resumed the fight for the agreement by sending a letter to a judge last week, accusing the SEC of harassing him and Tesla with “endless” and “relentless” investigations to punish him for being an outspoken critic of the government.

The letter also accused the SEC of delaying the distribution of $ 40 million to investors, while interfering with Musk’s use of social media.

Elon Musk’s stock sales in November were automatically in line with a trading plan he created on September 14, according to a document disclosing stock sales, including stock options that were due to expire in 2022.

Tesla shares have fallen about 33 percent since Musk began selling billions of dollars in shares on Nov. 8, days after a poll in which 58 percent of voters asked him to sell.

Tesla and Kimball Musk did not comment on the report. The SEC declined to comment.

Shares of Tesla fell for the fifth day in a row on Thursday morning to $ 700 per share, its lowest estimate since August, amid a sell-off on the world market caused by fears about the Russian occupation, which began early Thursday. It has since recovered to $ 768 a share on Thursday afternoon and has continued to move around the mark.

Free your face! CDC to loosen federal mask mandates Friday as US COVID cases dwindle

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will loosen its mask mandates on Friday as Covid cases decline across the country, according to reports.

The Federal Agency plans to reveal a change in the indicators used to determine whether mask recommendations are needed, as it covers a more holistic view of the pandemic’s impact on the community, the Associated Press reported.

The CDC currently recommends masks in 95 percent of counties, but the new system will assess whether hospitals are still overcrowded and whether cases are increasing in decision-making about masks.

The Biden administration has been reluctant to step down from its pandemic mandates, and recently said last week it was not ready to relinquish its mask mandates.

The president and the first lady wore masks all the time, whether indoors or outdoors.

It is unclear whether facelifts will continue to be a requirement for students, although CDC Director Dr Rochelle Valensky has hinted that this is an unlikely scenario.

“It simply came to our notice then CDC the guidelines have not changed. We continue to support universal disguise in schools, “said CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Valenski during a radio interview with WYPR on February 15.

“We owe it to our children to make sure they can stay in school safely. Right now, that includes camouflage. We have seen outbreaks that have occurred in communities where students have not been disguised in schools and should have been closed.

Covid cases are declining across the nation as the Omicron variant begins to largely disappear.

The nation reports an average of 87,060 new infections each day, the lowest number since the Omicron variant first launched on December 1. This is also a drop of 36 percent in the last seven days, and for the second day in a row the average daily case fell below 100,000.

Cases fell by 89 percent from the peak of Omicron’s jump on January 15 to about 800,000 cases a day. The average daily infection in the nation has been declining every day for the past 29 days.

The Biden administration is under pressure to drop its mask mandate as other countries – including parts of Europe – declare the pandemic over.

In the United States, employees in The Connecticut, DelawareNew Jersey and Oregon have announced plans to abolish the mandate for masks for schools and other public places as they seek a return to “normalcy.”

The governors of California, Illinois and New York have removed the requirement for indoor camouflage, but expanded the requirement for schools.

Student masks are a particularly painful place for Americans, who have launched a “Breathe” campaign in protest and organized school outings.

In New York, Republican lawmakers are exploring legislative paths to circumvent Governor Kati Hochul’s mask rule for K-12 schools.

Democrats in California, meanwhile, have been accused of double standards after photos of masked celebrities partying at the Los Angeles Super Bowl over the weekend were followed by public health officials who said school mask rules would be in place at least until end of the month.

During a press briefing last Wednesday, Valenski suggested that the White House is considering a new phase, which includes moving from the current stage, while being ready for the threat of a new option.

“If and when we update our guidelines, we will make this clear. And it will be based on data and science.

COVID testing king Dr. Tom Inglesby highlighted the CDC’s position in an interview with CNN last week, encouraging children to use “any” material to cover their faces, despite studies showing that some canvas masks may not be effective in stopping the virus.

“Fabric masks are better than no masks. Surgical masks are better than cloth masks. So any mask that is available and fits well for children should be used, “Inglesby told CNN.

The Omicron strain was first discovered by South African officials in late November and quickly took the world by storm. This has led to a rise in COVID in much of the Western world, with infections in the United States jumping to a record 800,000 a day in mid-January.

Experts hope that the high rate of infection, combined with the relatively mild nature of the option, means the imminent end of the pandemic.

More than 215 million have been fully vaccinated against the virus, which has killed more than 941,000 Americans since the pandemic escalated.

Ukraine has taken over Kiev’s airport from Russian special forces, the defense minister said

UkraineRussia’s government said Thursday that it has recaptured an airport on the outskirts of Kiev that Russian airborne troops seized earlier than President Vladimir Green ordered compulsory recruitment and banned all men aged 18-60 from leaving the country.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces in a 20:00 local time update (13:00 ET) said it believed more than 60 Russian battalion tactical groups – the equivalent of between 30,000 and 60,000 troops – had been stationed on Ukrainian territory.

It says that “the enemy has extremely low morale.”

Vladimir Putinthe Russian president sent troops early Thursday in what he called a “special military operation”.

Prior to the invasion, analysts and intelligence experts estimated that Putin had up to 190,000 troops on Ukraine’s borders in various places.

Before dawn broke, Russian forces attacked from the south, through the Crimea; from the east, with the city of Kharkiv under strong pressure; and from the north, with troops from both Russia and Belarus crossing the Belarusian border in tanks.

Heavy explosions were heard in the vicinity of the capital Kiev in the early hours of Thursday, and US authorities said they expect the city to fall by the end of the weekend.

General George Joulvan, who commanded NATO during the Balkan War, said Thursday night that he expects Kiev to fall within 24-36 hours.

As Thursday night fell, residents sought shelter in the city’s deep subway system, knowing it was likely an enclosure at night.

Smoke was seen rising over the city in the afternoon, and one blow is believed to have struck near a railway bridge in central Kiev.

Russian troops fought Thursday to retain control of the airport they captured earlier in the day.

The battle for control of the airport was filmed in amazing footage from CNN as their reporter Matthew Chance traveled to the city of Hostomel, 20 miles from downtown Kiev.

Hostomel, where Antonov Airport is located, is considered a vital starting point for Russian invaders due to its proximity to the capital.

Chance spoke to some of the soldiers there, assuming they were Ukrainians, and was shocked when he was told they were Russian airborne troops.

Airborne units are considered elite forces, specially selected for their skills and ability to parachute during the initial attack.

However, by Thursday night, the Ukrainian government had said it had regained control of the airport.

This was announced by Deputy Interior Minister Anton Herashchenko, reported The Kyiv Independent.

The National Guard of Ukraine posted on Twitter a photo of three young soldiers holding a bullet-riddled Ukrainian flag.

They signed the photo: “Guards with their flag, torn to pieces after today’s battle.

Zelensky was in a bunker in a secret location on Thursday night and said in a video posted on social media that he had been informed that he was the “number one target” for the Russian killers.

He said at least 137 Ukrainians had been killed, 10 of them military and 300 wounded.

In an attempt to thwart the impending takeover of the city, French President Emmanuel Macron spoke with Vladimir Putin on Thursday night, who gave the French leader a “comprehensive” explanation for his justification for war.

The Kremlin said the conversation was initiated by Macron, and he and Putin agreed to stay in touch.

They were talking after Russian forces took control of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant after a “fierce” battle, with the condition of the nuclear storage facilities “unknown”.

The seizure of the site has raised fears of radiation leaks, which could cause precipitation in Europe.

The Chernobyl disaster in then-Soviet Ukraine sent clouds of nuclear material to much of Europe in 1986, and the site has remained closed ever since – although it has been open to tourists in recent years.

Some Russian troops gathered in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone before crossing into Ukraine early Thursday, a Russian security source told Reuters.

Russia wants to control the Chernobyl nuclear reactor to signal NATO not to intervene militarily, the source said.

“Our defenders are giving their lives to prevent a repeat of the 1986 tragedy,” Zelenski tweeted shortly before the power plant was taken.

“This is a declaration of war against the whole of Europe.”

“Russian warship, fuck you”: Last words of Ukrainian border guards on Snake Island

“Russian warship, get out”: Last words of Ukrainian border guards defending Snake Island – just 40 miles from Romania’s Black Sea border – before the Kremlin’s naval forces opened fire, killing all 13 of them when they refused to betray

  • A contingent of 13 soldiers is said to have been sent to Snake Island.
  • It is located off the coasts of Ukraine and Romania and is controlled by Ukraine
  • The recording conveys an ultimatum sent by Russian sailors to a nearby warship
  • They warned the guards to surrender “otherwise you will be fired upon”
  • The men defiantly refused, and all were later killed

All Ukrainian border guards serving a small island in the Black Sea near Romania were killed on Thursday after telling a Russian warship to leave when ordered to surrender.
