Canadian singer Grimes plans to take quirky billionaire Elon Musk to court to determine a parental custody plan for her three children, multiple media outlets reported Tuesday.
The request for a judge to set parental custody arrangements for the couple’s children – who have never been married – was filed last Friday with a judge in California.
Details of the request were not provided.
This development follows a message shared by Grimes on the social network. This post has since been deleted.
The two celebrities were together from 2018 to 2021 and had three children during this time: X Æ A-Xii, Exa Dark Sideræl Musk and Tau Techno Mechanicus.
The existence of the couple’s third child, Tau, was revealed only last September in a biography of the billionaire by journalist Walter Isaacson.
Elon Musk has a total of 11 children, including twins and triplets.
