After going before a referee to sign his latest contract with the Boston Bruins, forward Pavel Zacha won his bet when he was offered a new four-year deal by the team on Saturday.

The Czech benefits from a salary increase, he will receive an average of 4.75 million dollars a year until 2026-2027. The 25-year-old has a salary of $3.5 million this season.
Zacha is a great fit for the Bruins after being acquired from the New Jersey Devils for Erik Haula in July. The sixth overall pick of the 2015 draft has 25 points from 42 games and is on track to set a career high.
The center has 204 points in 428 career games with the Bruins and Devils.
