Prince William and Kate Middleton were “religious” fans of Suits before finding out Prince Harry was dating Meghan Markle – which could have put extra pressure on their first meeting when reviewing their sex scenes, Harry admitted he was never should have seen.
In his new biography Spare, which hits Spanish bookstore shelves a full five days early on Friday, Harry said his brother and Kate’s mouths “dropped open in shock” when he told them he was born with a “Suits” -Be an actress together.
It was one of many claims in his book about his relationship with the Prince of Wales, dating back to childhood struggles and his days at Eton.
The revelation follows Harry admitting in the book that when they first started dating it was a “mistake” to look up their sex scenes.

The Duchess of Sussex, 40, who also starred in Beverly Hills 90210, played Rachel Zane, the protagonist’s love interest, and in his memoir her husband expressed his unease after watching her adult scenes.
In the early days of their relationship, Harry said he made the mistake of browsing Meghan’s sex scenes online and joked that he needed “electroshock therapy” to burn the images out of his brain.
He wrote: “I had seen her and a castmate beating up each other in some sort of office or conference room. I didn’t have to see things like that live.’
In the book, the Duke tells how his brother and Kate invited him to their home after suspecting he had something on his mind.
Harry recalled telling them he had a “new woman” in his life, leading the couple to “push forward” to find out who it was.
But when he revealed the woman was an American actress who starred in Suits, William and Kate reportedly noticed the mouth.
Harry wrote: “They turned to each other. Then Willy turned to me and said: ‘F**k off’.
He said the couple then explained that they were “religious” viewers of the TV show.
But he added Prince William had also “forewarned” him about the romance, saying: “She’s an American actress, after all, Harold. Everything can happen.’

The news raises questions about whether the couple saw Meghan’s steamy sex scenes before meeting her while she played attorney Rachel Zane for seven seasons from 2011 to 2018.
The legal drama, which ran for nine seasons through 2019, followed a college dropout who went to work at a leading New York law firm.
Things started heating up for Meghan’s character with a passionate kiss with fellow character Mike Ross, played by Patrick J. Adams.
His character was in a relationship with Jenny Griffith at the time.
Mike and Rachel’s first official date on the show ended with a steamy scene at Pearson Hardman’s legal library, in which Mike stripped Rachel down to her underwear while the couple enjoyed an intimate moment.
Then there was the hot collared bedroom scene where Mike, lying in bed with Rachel, ran his fingers up Meghan’s leg before slinkily slipping under the covers.
And footage from Season 5 of Suits showed the actress in a pair of skimpy black briefs as she passionately embraced her on-screen boyfriend.
In the scene, Meghan, who is wearing skimpy black knickers, can be seen chatting up her on-screen lover in bed before they engage in a passionate embrace.
While promoting the show’s second season in 2012, Meghan and her co-star were asked about their most embarrassing moments during filming.
“Sex in the file room was weird,” Adams said. ‘Yes, that was a bit strange.’ Meghan then added: “Of course it was weird!”
It’s believed to be these scenes that Harry regrets seeing – although it’s not known if the Cambridges would have seen them either.
In the recent Harry and Meghan Netflix docuseries, Meghan revealed how awkward she was at meeting William and Kate for the first time.
She described the atmosphere as very “formal” and hinted that their “hug instinct” was not welcomed by them.
