The alarm was raised between late afternoon and early evening on Monday, when the latest pre-evening count of detainees found 37-year-old John Garza, 37, and 43-year-old Arley Nemo missing. The alarm went off immediately and shortly afterwards their escape route was discovered. a hole in the cell wall and then a tunnel that led them out of prison.
