Russell Crowe and Terri Irwin were reunited on Saturday as he played a show at Australia Zoo with his band The Gentlemen Barbers.
The 59-year-old Hollywood icon brought her indoor garden party to the Queensland sanctuary in a one-off show starring Janet Devlin, Lorraine O’Reilley and Myth of Her.
However, the film star’s girlfriend, Britney Theriot, didn’t seem happy to be there after years of secret relationship rumors plagued Russell and the Irwin matriarch.
Terri, 58, sat in the audience at the Crocoseum, where the concert was taking place, enjoying the music of her longtime friend with her children, Bindi and Robert.
The American-born widow of the late great conservationist Steve Irwin cheered on the gladiator star from the sidelines while her children sat on either side of her.

Everyone was in their usual khaki outfits and the family were fully recognizable as they sat in the crowd.
Guests at Australia Zoo took the opportunity to huddle around the Australian royal family, while Terri seemed absolutely delighted with Russell’s performance on stage.
At one point, 24-year-old Bindi, sitting next to another Australia Zoo employee, pulled out her cell phone to film the event for later viewing.

Meanwhile, Russell looked happier than ever when he was spotted backstage just before his performance.
He took the opportunity to meet fans and take photos while the stage crew and support act provided the atmosphere for the day’s celebrations.
The award-winning actor was in his element as he took the stage in all black and hid his eyes behind blue sunglasses before performing songs.

Swapping his black winter vest for a suit jacket over his t-shirt, he opted for a more suave look as he appeared in front of Terri.
Despite his buoyant mood, his partner Britney, 32, seemed less than impressed at performing for the Irwin family.
Looking fierce, she hid her face behind heart-shaped sunglasses and slipped into a particularly tight black dress that showed off her tiny pins.

Though Terri and Russell both vehemently deny any romantic spark between them, whisperings have lingered for decades as the Oscar-winning actress is a long-time supporter of Australia Zoo and a friend of the Irwins.
In 2021, Terri thanked the Hollywood star for his donation to Australia Zoo, which resulted in the rescue of a sick kookaburra named Archie.
The year before, he gave Bindi and her husband, Chandler Powell, a fig tree as a wedding gift.

She told Access Hollywood in 2017, “Honestly, [Russell] and Steve became friends many years ago and after Steve dies you find out who your real friends are. And Russell has been very loyal to us as a great friend.”
