She later explained, “There are a lot of things that I just forget that aren’t going to be easy for me, like gardening.”
“I don’t hit the ground that much anymore because it’s really hard to get up on my own after I’ve been on the ground. There are things I see here that look like this might go into the disabled realm.
On the subject of shopping, Blair said: “All people have a lot of what we call ‘guilty pleasures’ in our daily lives. Well, the disabled community doesn’t have many consumer guilt treats. It’s very serious.”
However, she explained that “it doesn’t always have to be that way.” “There can be lighter subjects, and some of those lighter subjects are shopping and taking time for yourself. I love that QVC welcomes people into the disability community. There is a development in that.’
Earlier this month, Selma also opened up about her health progress to Today after announcing her MS remission in 2021 following a stem cell transplant. “I don’t live in fear of this condition at all.”
Despite her remission, the actress admitted she still faces symptoms on a day-to-day basis.
“I don’t have the absolute weakness I had for a long time and if I focus on something really real and I’m awake I can correct it. But often it just takes a lot of energy,” she said.
Symptoms include ‘loss of appetite’ and also a ‘weakness’ to the sun, which occurs both during ‘rush’ and when out. “It triggers autoimmune (problems).”
So cute! The final picture was an adorable close-up of her service dog, Scout, which Selma described as “Scout looking straight at the camera.”

“Even though I’m not in an active flare and may not be for a long time, I can feel it and they’re called pseudo-flares. And that never seems to leave me.’
Selma has been open about her MS battle since her MS diagnosis, and now that she’s joined the QVC community, her voice could be heard even more.
“When I speak about one of my issues that is intended to cover a broader topic, not someone else’s disability, but a broader topic of what it can do to make you feel supported in your community.”
Christina Applegate is another Hollywood star who is currently battling MS and revealed her diagnosis back in 2021.
