American actress Annasophia Robb played the role of the character Violet Beauregarde in the 2005 film Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, starring veteran Johnny Depp.
Directed by Tim Burton and based on the short story by Roald Dahl, the film grossed $475 million at the box office, making it a great classic.
The plot follows the story of a boy named Charlie Bucket and his grandfather Joe who have the opportunity to visit a mysterious chocolate factory run by the egocentric Willy Wonka. On site, he gets help from small workers and surprises guests with the wonders of the factory.
AnnaSophia was born in Denver, Colorado, USA and is currently 29 years old. She was discovered by an agent at the age of 9 and moved to Los Angeles with her mother. After several tests, he got his first commercial for the McDonald’s brand.
He also promoted Bratz dolls and made an unreleased short film called Daddy’s Day. He has appeared in television series such as Drake & Josh and won his first major role in Samantha & Nellie.
