Simon Cowell has once again sparked concern among fans in his latest Instagram post with his radically altered facial features.
The 63-year-old music mogul looked unrecognizable as he flaunted his incredibly smooth face in the clip as he tagged One Direction and hit a billion streams on Spotify.
Simon has previously denied having had a facelift but admitted he regrets his extensive use of Botox.
Following his latest post, fans stormed the comments section saying, “You always looked good before plastic surgery.”
While another asked: “What the heck happened to your face?”

Another dubbed his look a “botox fail,” while another said “too much botox.”
In May, Simon proved he doesn’t mind poking fun at his own expense after fuming about his changed face on Britain’s Got Talent.
During one of the talent show’s live shows, he allowed himself to be persuaded by the wagging tongues and made a cheeky comment all over his face.
The surprise hit came after a hopeful, Tom Crosbie, impressed the jury by creating Bruno Toniolis’ face out of a Rubik’s cube.
As the jury’s final result was shown, Amanda Holden, 52, took the opportunity to crack a joke about Bruno, 67, insisting: “Well, he’s got the orange.” [face] Right!’
“How the hell do you do that?” asked a stunned Simon, while the artist replied, “Practice…it turns out that making a face out of Rubik’s Cubes is really hard.”
At this point, Simon quipped, “I’m going to change my face…again.”
In April, Simon insisted he had never received a facelift after presenters Ant and Dec made a cheeky joke about his changed appearance.

Undeterred: After his last post, fans stormed the comments column, saying, “You always looked good before plastic surgery.”
At the time, December, 47, told the audience: “We have a new face on the jury,” to which his comedy partner, also 47, replied: “What? Simon has a new face?’.
Speaking to The Mirror, Simon laughed at the suggestion he’d gone under the knife despite his drastically altered facial features.
He told the publication, “I find it hysterical.” I mean, it just makes me laugh. I didn’t have a facelift or anything like that.’
“I’ve had a little bit of botox or whatever, but nothing drastic,” he added.
“So when I hear about this stuff, it honestly makes me laugh.”
The talent show boss recently revealed he’s taken his love for Botox too far and that his latest treatment made him look like “something out of a horror show”.

According to The Sun, Simon said he decided to quit when his odd appearance sent son Eric, eight, into hysteria.
The former X Factor judge – who shares his son with partner Lauren Silverman, 44 – revealed it left him with no filler on his face.
He’s also showing off his much slimmer physique after dropping seven pounds, and has recently started wearing a surgical back brace to aid in his recovery after nearly becoming paralyzed in a bicycle accident in 2020.
The businessman broke his back in a 2020 fall from an electric bike he was testing at his home in Malibu, California. He had to be operated on for six hours. There was another setback when he fell off his bike again a year later.
The former X Factor star has since lost eight pounds after making changes to his diet and lifestyle to aid in his recovery.
