After failing to appear at the Montreal courthouse on Thursday morning, singer Corneliu Munteanu is now wanted by police while the court has issued an arrest warrant for him.

The 40-year-old is accused of two counts of drugging two victims without their knowledge during two separate events that allegedly took place in 2013 and 2016.
At his last appearance, where he was not present, his lawyer already said that she was having difficulty reaching him. An attendance order has been issued for his appearance today.
However, he never showed up. His lawyer still didn’t seem to have any news from him.
“At the last hearing, the judge had asked the defendant to be present in court today. Since Monsieur was not present, the judge Me Laurence-Fanny L’Estage, the prosecutor for criminal and criminal proceedings, issued an arrest warrant.

If Corneliu were intercepted, he could be arrested and brought to justice.
The singer is accused of poisoning two people.
The 40-year-old man was arrested on November 11, 2022.
Few details have emerged about the affair, but the Journal de Montréal reported that an initial incident occurred in August 2013.
The second incident allegedly occurred three years later, in June 2016. This second allegation involves a second victim.
However, it was not until November 2022 that the SPVM opened an investigation into these two incidents in which he allegedly administered a harmful substance.
