Young American Jordan Stolz impressed by completing the Test in 34.10s, beating Dubreuil by 0.36s.

With his time of 34.46 s, Dubreuil had taken the provisional lead of the standings. Japan’s Wataru Morishige climbed to the third step of the podium.

The native of the old capital had already confirmed his first place in the overall standings of the season in February.

Dubreuil has won a medal 14 times in his last 15 World Cup 500m races.
